Membership services are the lifeblood of the Clubhouse. The Membership Services unit provides many opportunities for members to participate in the day-to-day running of the Clubhouse, including:

- New Member Orientation
- Research, statistics, database maintenance
- Education
- Advocacy
- Daily & bi-monthly Newsletters
- Outreach
- Sunshine Club
- Van maintenance
- Food Bank
- Boutique
- Housing support
- Wellness activities
- Social Recreation planning
Fact:
- 2,769 phone calls were made by members to members not doing well, in the hospital, at home, etc.
