Bridge House is a certified Clubhouse — a psychosocial rehabilitation program created by members for members. We are an evidence based practice model and the Clubhouse is recognized by the Substance Abuse and Mental Health Services Administration (SAMHSA), as such. We also meet the rigorous standards of the International Center for Clubhouse Development (ICCD), distinguishing us from other similar organizations.

Funded through the State Department of Mental Health and Addiction on an annual grant basis, Bridge House, Inc. provides services free of charge to any person who meets the definition of a person with a primary psychiatric disability.

We do not accept self-referrals; all members must be referred through a clinician.
